Thank you for your order. We will contact the Buyer within 24 hours to arrange the order, but please note that our price are not included the mailing cost, mailing cost will provided upon requested. For your information, all our products will show the Sizes & Weight on each product details, you may further consider the postage as below :- Buyer may check with HK Post Office as below for Postage cost :- http://app1.hongkongpost.com/calc/eng/index.php Buyer can provide us your own Courier A/C for sending out the merchandises under “FREIGHT COLLECT PAYMENT”. Kindly remind that Buyer have to settle the payment to our A/C in advance before we delivery. Kindly remind as below :- Buyer must provide the correct the Mailing address & Receiver for our postage. - We will packed the merchandises well and sent out in 3 working days upon the full payment was received.
For all mailing cost, it was paid by Buyer direct and the postage cost will subject to the Hong Kong Post Office’s final charges & final weight to calculation. And Buyer have to take risk in case the parcel was lost by Post Office, and seller will not take any responsibility in this case.
ORDER ARRANGEMENT We accepted the orders by Members only; hence, please register as a member before order. Members can choose either via Email, Telephone or Fax for ordering. Once you ordered, we will send by email to you for confirmation. Or if any change, you may revised the order and return back by email to info@cheervantage.com or fax to : (852) 3426 4016 for any up-date. Upon received your confirmation of the order, we will re-confirm the order amount with Buyer accordingly. Then please arrange the settlement in 2 days in order to avoid out of stocks.
ATTENTION In view of the resolution are different on each computer, the actual products may come different color when you watch out at the computer, we are not going to return or refund in this case. (Picture just for ref only and all details please referred to actual product) In case it was out of stocks, our shop will call or email to Buyer immediately, Buyer can choose the money refund or change to other merchandises according to the same price. Otherwise, we may keep your money for next purchases then. Except out of stock, we will keep delivery on time.
